CrewSift tracks subcontractor crews across contractor communities in Arkansas and Texas, scores them on peer endorsements from other GCs, and checks licenses and insurance — so when you need a crew, you get 3–5 proven names, not a comment thread.
How it works
Trade, area, timeline, insurance requirements. Two minutes, no calls from sales reps.
Ranked by peer endorsements, license status, and response history — within one business day.
You contract the crew directly. We follow up, collect ratings both ways, and line up a replacement if a crew falls through.
The CrewSift standard
Anyone can claim "licensed and insured" in a comment. We check. Every crew on the roster sits in one of three tiers:
Found in the wild and scored: peer endorsements counted, repeat work tracked, red flags noted.
License confirmed against the state board and a current insurance certificate (COI) on file with us.
Closed a job through CrewSift and got rated by the buyer — and rated the buyer back.

A sample of tracked crews and the signals behind their scores. Full roster goes to buyers on request.

No risk to try
Your first crew introduction costs nothing. Judge us on the names we send.
After that, a flat success fee when a job actually starts — never for a list of phone numbers.
If a crew we sent no-shows, the next introduction is free and fast.
